The holiday house "Villa Fig Tree” (croat. Smokva)  lies in Šibenik - Bilice right beside the sea.   It has 3 floors and 3 apartments (each with a separate entrance, described in detail at end of the page). On the ground floor are private rooms. A large roofed terrace and a second unroofed terrace may be shared including a large barbecue. On the yard are up to two parking spaces available. Vis-à-vis to the house there are many more parking spaces. As a common area on the ground floor, there is a large open, partly roofed terrace for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We offer a hearty breakfast (5 € pp) or lunch or dinner (8 € pp). Moreover it is also possible to spend barbecue evenings. A comfortable barbecue evening with excellent & delicious food is offered from 10 € per person including drinks. The barbecue is only operated by the host (its cook). The house is equipped with an internet connection via DSL-WIFI, free of charge for guests. The closest access to the sea, with fine gravel is directly in front of the house across the (very barely frequented) street (picture on the left). The quality of the water is also because of the adjacent national park simply excellent, sometimes depending on wind and current there might float some benign sea weed. One small public beach is about 500 m (picture on the right) away and a bigger one about 1000 m. Across the house there is a small grocery store with all necessary products for everyday needs, with daily fresh, excellent bread, and next to it, a small bistro invites you to linger. On the first floor are 2 apartments: Apartment A11 The Apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a quite large living room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a seating area, which may be converted into two beds. It has a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a very large patio deck on the southern side. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons. In Croatian classification the apartment has 3 stars (★★★) (40 sqm): 1 bedroom, 1 living room, bathroom, kitchen with dining area, a large patio deck. Suitable for up to 4 persons. Rental price 175,- to 385,- euro/week. Apartment A12 The apartment has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. The smaller bedroom has a double bed and the larger one has a double and a single bed and an additional WC. The apartment has a nice and modern bathroom and a kitchen-diner with satellite TV. The smaller bedroom and the kitchen have a joint long and narrow balcony with beautiful seaside view. The larger bedroom has a small balcony to the other side. The apartment is suitable for up to 5 persons In Croatian classification the apartment has 3 stars (★★★) A12 (50 sqm): 2 bedrooms, bathroom + additional WC, kitchen with dining area, 2 balconies.                                    Suitable for up to 5 persons.  Rental price: 210,- to 455,- euro/week. On the second floor is one apartment: Apartment A20 The apartment on the 2nd floor has three bedrooms, a very large living room with dining area, an open kitchen and a nice logia with a beautiful seaside view. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning, double beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom next to the open kitchen has a double bed and a single bed. The third bathroom with shower is generally accessible. The living room has satellite TV and a seating area, which may be converted into two beds. The apartment was new, modern and spaciously constructed and furnished in 2010 and is suitable for 6-9 persons. In Croatian classification the apartment has 4 stars (★★★★) A20 (100 sqm):  3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living rooms, kitchen and loggia. Suitable for 6-9 persons. Rental price: 450,- to 840,- euro/week.
